What personal data we collect and how we use it

Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, zip code, and demographic information, such as your gender, that you voluntarily give to us when you complete our contact form or sign our petition. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind.

We may use your information to send you a newsletter or list you as a supporter of our petition.

Your name will only be included in an online list of supporters with your express permission. To revoke this permission, please complete our contact form using the same email address you submitted when you signed the petition.

Members of the Women’s Sports Policy Working Group (listed here) may see your personal information.

Database administrators can also see and edit that information.

How long we retain your data

If you submit our contact form or sign our petition, your personal information is retained indefinitely.

What rights you have over your data

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you by completing our contact form using the same email address you submitted with that data. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
